I came into work today after swimming at the Marie Reed pool, feeling good about getting up early and enjoying the early morning weather, feeling strong after swimming about 1,400 meters.
Oops apparently it doesn't notify me when somebody comments, and I just saw this! Pilates at 6:30 is still impressive. Any time before 8 am is unnatural.
Was this another 5am day? I am so impressed. I did make it to pilates at 6:30 the other day. It was no as hard as swimming 1,400.
